First-party data company Dynata has appointed two former Kantar Media execs: Mike Jaffe joins as GM Global Operations, while Richard Poustie will head up its EMEA Media division.

Dynata provides access to 70 million consumers and business professionals globally, with an extensive library of individual profile attributes collected through surveys. The firm uncovers insights, activates campaigns and measures cross-channel marketing ROI for more than 6,000 clients worldwide. Dynata revamped its Board in the autumn after a spell in Chapter 11 earlier in the year - it emerged from this on schedule with new investors who after writing down more than half a billion dollars in debt now own 100% of its equity.
Jaffe (pictured above) joins from Media Radar where he was Head of Operations, leading the company's service delivery strategy, and before that held a variety of North American and global operations leadership roles at Kantar Media, in an eighteen-year spell. He also led operations for ad intelligence company Vivix, which was formed in 2023 and combined the advertising intelligence businesses of Kantar Media and Numerator. He is based in the US.
Poustie (pictured below) is based in London and joins from Kantar Media where his roles included CEO of UK and Ireland, and Global CEO for veteran media planning tool TGI. Most recently he was MD of the Barb Service, providing the UK's TV ad currency. In his new role his focus is on shaping the division's sales strategy and go-to-market plans across the region.
