AMS Names New Principal in Litigation Support Practice

In Burlington, MA, USA, research firm Applied Marketing Science (AMS) has elected Amanda Ford, Assistant Practice Lead in its Litigation Support practice, as a Principal of the firm.

Amanda FordAMS was founded in 1989 and has two distinct specialisms: 'Insights for Innovation' geared towards new product and service development; and Litigation Support. Ford helps to develop strategy for the practice and leads studies that use consumer surveys and testimony from a network of litigation survey research experts to assess consumer perceptions, behavior and experience for cases including trademark and trade dress infringement, false and deceptive advertising, class action matters and claim substantiation. She joined the company in 2009 as an Analyst and has worked her way up through Field and Research Manager roles in the Innovation practice - she was promoted to Associate Principal in 2020 and added the title of Assistant Practice lead a year ago.
