Human8's Katherine Ephlin Joins KJT Group in EVP Role

In Rochester, NY, employee-owned healthcare consulting group KJT has appointed Katherine Ephlin as Research EVP.

KJT Group was founded in 2007 and employs more than 50 full-time staff across the US. Senior hires in the last twelve months include Ellen Gordon as SVP of Client Strategy & Growth, and Melissa Usseglio as SVP of Client Strategy.

Ephlin (pictured) brings more than two decades of experience in business-focused strategy, people leadership and research solutions the last eighteen years of it at Gongos and InSites Consulting / Human8, latterly as MD North America. In her new role she will oversee research delivery and advanced analytics, and support KJT's activation.
