In London, B2B and tech MR agency Sapio Research has launched an AI-powered platform called Data 2 Story, developed in conjunction with consultancy DevSquad and promising to help users 'transform quant survey research into compelling narratives'.
Launched in 2016 by a team including the founders of Redshift Research, Sapio is a full-service B2B and tech market research agency. With access to around 150m people across 130 countries, the firm helps clients ranging from big tech to global consultancies, marketing/PR agencies and major brands.
The new platform 'instantly' analyses thousands of data points and extracts key statistics to support hypotheses input by the user, removing almost entirely the need for manual data review. Users can build and verify stories with confidence, the firm says, revisiting previous surveys to extract new insights and angles and 'significantly increasing the ROI and long-term value of any research project'.
Geared particularly towards communication, PR and content professionals, the platform pulls common themes from data, lets users test and challenge their own hypotheses, highlights 'hero stats' to create attention grabbing headlines, generating content for blogs and press releases directly from the data, and takes steps to verify the accuracy of content.
