In Miami, Florida, full-service user and customer experience agency Key Lime Interactive (KLI) has appointed Lisa Kumpula as Director of UX Strategy and Business Development, and Ann Rochanayon as Director of UX, Research Partner.
KLI helps companies build better brand experiences, products and services with the aid of consumer insights and UX data at all phases of product development, from strategy to implementation.
Kumpula (pictured above) brings more than twenty years of experience in customer experience, UX, market research, business strategy and project management - the last sixteen of them at AnswerLab, most recently as MD and earlier in senior UX positions. Earlier in her career she worked client side at Visteon and then General Motors, after five years at MORPACE.
Rochanayon (pictured below) has worked for almost a decade at UserZoom, the majority of them as Director, UX Research Consultant. Earlier she worked at Keynote Systems, also in UX roles.
