In Cleveland, Ohio, survey operations specialist OpinionRoute has announced the acquisition of productivity-focused research software firm Jibunu.

OpinionRoute offers proprietary workflow software called Navigator, which streamlines operations and improves data quality for survey researchers, as well as driving the firm's own survey sampling and data collection services. In September the platform was upgraded with the addition of QC Flow, an AI-based feature intended to 'revolutionize the survey data quality assurance process' and significantly accelerate project delivery.
Jibunu is headquartered in Fitchburg, MA, was launched in 2003 and designs and develops custom market research tools and methodologies to meet the needs of individual clients, including solutions for complex projects involving techniques like conjoint, max-diff, adaptive, KANO, diary studies and multiple languages. Last year it added survey programming efficiency solution MR-LEAP, as well as AI capabilities such as chatbots, image and concept generation, and automated coding of open-endeds.
OpinionRoute says Jibunu's deep expertise in survey programming complements its commitment to delivering tailored solutions that redefine excellence in market research, and that the buy is the first in a new five-year strategic plan focused on building solutions for MR companies to modernize and build enterprise value. Jibunu's Fitchburg office will add a location to OpinionRoute's footprint which includes offices in Dallas, Cork (Ireland) and multiple remote locations.
