In Los Angeles, insights and CX solutions company Material has appointed Anutosh Yadav as SVP and Chief Technology Officer, and given an expanded role to Ben Mooney as MD for Asia Pacific.Material was the new name given to insight-led marketing services firm LRW in 2020 - combining people and expertise from the parent firm and ten acquired companies including the likes of Greenberg Strategy, Kelton Global, icanmakeitbetter and Tonic Insight. The group combines insights, data engineering, design and technology to help companies improve customer relationships and drive growth, and to develop customer-centric business models.
Yadav (pictured above) brings more than 25 years of global experience driving digital business transformation, IT modernization and cloud initiatives, across industries including marketing, e-commerce, finance, travel and education. In his new role he will lead enhancements across marketing technology applications for experience, loyalty and CRM programs, and boost capabilities across the tech stack to better support digital platforms and touchpoints.
Mooney (pictured below) joined Material in 2023 to lead business operations and client development in Australia and New Zealand, and has twenty years of experience in the APAC market, helping firms to optimize regional operations and leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven, customer-centric strategies. In his expanded role he will focus on uncovering growth opportunities for clients, developing new offerings and expanding partnerships across southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Material says the expansion of its senior leadership reflects its commitment to enabling high-performance market activation and experience optimization through technology solutions. Saurabh Das, whose title is Global Leader for Experience & Tech, says the appointees are 'leading the way as we deliver growth for clients through solutions that sit at the complicated intersection of data, marketing activation and experience optimization', and will 'guide teams and enterprises to better leverage rapidly evolving technology and improve the return on their data and technology investments'.
