New York-based ad solutions firm Cadent + AdTheorent has appointed former dentsu Americas CEO Doug Rozen as President, and former Analytics Partners financial chief Jeff Driskill as CFO.Cadent provides advertisers and publishers with data-driven solutions for buying and selling video advertising, including audience identification and understanding, campaign activation and measurement of results across channels. The firm's Aperture platform which simplifies cross-screen advertising by bringing together identity, data and inventory. A year ago it acquired AdTheorent, which uses machine learning to power its predictive targeting, geo-intelligence, relationship graph and in-house creative capability Studio A\T.
Rozen brings three decades of senior leadership experience in advertising software and solutions, most recently from ecommerce tech company Rokt where he was CMO. Earlier, as CEO of dentsu Media in the Americas he oversaw the work of 4,350 media professionals and managed $23 billion in billings, and he also held senior roles at OMD, Meredith, Carlson Marketing and WPP's JWT. In his new role he will oversee all go-to-market operations, including sales, business development and product marketing.
Driskill was previously CFO of Analytics Partners, leading the firm's sale to Onyx Partners; and earlier helped to found cross-media marketing tech company Tapad, and to sell it to Telenor in 2016 for $360m. Before this he worked for the New York Mercantile Exchange and oversaw venture capital transactions for the likes of Battery Ventures, Sigma Partners and Avalon Ventures.
