In the US, Customer Experience Management services provider ResultsCX has acquired competitor Aucera, which used to be known as DialAmerica. The deal, whose financial terms were not disclosed, adds to ResultsCX's offer in sectors including healthcare, financial services and utilities.Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based ResultsCX provides a range of services including omnichannel customer experience, GenAI, machine learning and predictive analytics, helping clients with pricing optimization and revenue growth acceleration. The business is backed by Indian private equity firm ChrysCapital, and acquired Bulgaria-based 60K in 2022, Irish firm Zevas Communications the following year and British company Huntswood in 2024: it now employs more than 24,000 people in nine countries. The latest acquisition brings it Aucera's more than six decades of US-based expertise in customer experience, growth services and member acquisition.
