Decision intelligence specialist Morning Consult has appointed Ivan Rocabado as Lead Solutions Architect for Reputation Measurement, charged with using the firm's high-frequency data to 'redefine how businesses measure and manage their reputation and its impact on overall performance'.Morning Consult combines proprietary survey data with AI to provide decision intelligence to firms and governments worldwide, conducting around 15,000 new interviews each day. In November it unveiled a suite of AI tools tapping into its database of feedback from around 30 million interviews conducted across more than 40 countries.
Rocabado (pictured) brings nearly thirty years of experience in data-driven corporate reputation strategy, beginning with ten years at Nielsen Chile, followed by five for the ratings giant in the US, latterly as Director of Homescan Chicago. Subsequently he spent six years at MarketTools, three at GfK and five at RepTrak, and most recently he was a Global Advisor at stakeholder intelligence platform Caliber.
