In New Jersey, communities-based insight firm KL Communications has appointed former Fuel Cycle researcher Nicole Pineda as Director, Insights & Client Relations.KLC is headquartered in Red Bank, NJ and was founded in 1996 by CEO Kevin Lonnie. The firm was one of the first to develop online communities for market research, as early as the 1990s, and promises 'always-on human insight' to help clients build better experiences, marketing and products. Its proprietary methods include the CrowdWeaving methodology.
Pineda (pictured) joins from Fuel Cycle where she was Strategic Research Lead, and has also worked on the client side, including research roles with USAA and Envirosell. She holds a BA in Sociology from City University of NY/Hunter College.
