The new division conducts qual fieldwork to capture the voice of healthcare professionals and patients - methods include interviews, focus groups, ethnography and diary studies. The firm also provides consumer and B2B research.
Bham (pictured) spent three years at an agency called integrated medhealth communication, rising from Account Co-ordinator to Senior Account Manager, then co-founded healthcare communication company Collected Group where he has worked for the last three years. He has also worked in comms and analytical roles at pharma giant Pfizer, and Massive Wave says his background gives him 'a strong understanding of how to connect meaningful insights with tangible business decisions'.
In his new role as Division Head, Healthcare, Bham will work alongside MD Daniela Bertoncini and Strategic Partner Peter Chulu, helping to guide the strategic direction of the new unit, ensuring that insights are robust and support clients in shaping educational initiatives, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.
