The Listen platform can be used to generate questions, find participants and run audio and video interviews in 'a matter of hours', with genAI tools then generating reports and presentations for clients, according to a report on Fortune.com. Both funding rounds were led by Sequoia's Bryan Schreier, an initial investor in Qualtrics who says Listen Labs is pitching for a giant market 'just begging for an AI-first approach.'
Listen Labs was founded by German programmer Florian Juengermann and Swedish entrepreneur Alfred Wahlforss, who originally launched an image-generating app called BeFake, but sold it to focus on the new firm after seeing the power of a prototype version. The platform uses a variety of AI models and interviews in multiple languages, and the founders plan to add an AI agent that works proactively, creating and testing its own hypotheses.
