The Boston, MA-based real-time life sciences and healthcare insights group, which took shape around five years ago, operates across thirteen countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia, and is a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare Partners. Konovo already combines a global panel of healthcare professionals and patients with mobile-first quant and qual research capabilities, and says it is expanding the three firms' existing AI-based capabilities in order 'to streamline and accelerate deeper insights for everyone in the healthcare insights ecosystem.'
This includes addressing what the firm says are 'the industry's longstanding challenges: fragmentation, isolated learnings, and disengaged responders' - affecting the speed and quality of research. The new integrated platform allows clients to initiate research faster with products such as AI-assisted survey design; ensure quality with AI-driven fraud detection and sample authentication and selection; improve response times and rates with agile research; and 'seamlessly integrate [these] with long-form, in-depth methodologies.' A new product roadmap projects 2025 launches including automated report generation and longitudinal views of customer research across studies.
Tal Rosenberg (pictured), who was appointed CEO of Apollo in September and now takes the same role at Konovo, comments: 'Market research thrives on speed and collaboration but is bogged down by complexity and fragmentation. Our clients and partners need faster access to deep, actionable insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions. With our significant investments in our intelligent platform, experts, and research audiences, we can create an experience that delivers measurable value for everyone.'
