Social media monitoring and marketing specialist Socialbakers has added a feature called 'Paid Analytics' to its platform, to provide paid social media insights across multiple ad accounts.
Launched in 2009 in the Czech Republic, Socialbakers offers benchmarks for social media advertising and video performance, an AI-based Instagram prediction tool, and audience segmentation capabilities. In the summer, the company launched a content insights and analysis platform called Content Hub.
The new Paid Analytics feature offers marketers a unified view of ad spending performance, benchmarking multiple ad accounts across regions or industries. The solution streamlines sharing permissions between stakeholders, to minimize the risk of data being accessed by the wrong people; and enables regional teams and agencies to collaborate in a secure environment.
CEO Yuval Ben-Itzhak (pictured) comments: 'Lack of clarity, transparency, and no oversight of budget allocation across channels or results are currently costing marketers their budgets.
