The pairing promises help for companies looking to build and sustain a customer-centric culture.QuestionPro offers an integrated online platform including survey research, CX and workforce / employee experience software, as well as polling, journey mapping, employee 360s and data visualization. In addition to its Texas HQ and other US locations, it has offices in Canada, Mexico, the UK, Germany, Japan, Australia, the UAE and India. The firm's new partner MarketCulture helps client companies to measure key business drivers and act on the findings to build stronger customer relationships and employee satisfaction.
MarketCulture's MRI Benchmark methodology - a 'comprehensive and continuous' assessment solution for collecting feedback from employees - will now be integrated with QuestionPro's employee engagement platform for a seamless solution for organizations to gather, analyze and act on employee feedback.
