In the US, analytics specialist Keypoint Intelligence has been acquired by private investment firm Atar Capital, with financial terms not disclosed.
Fairfield, NJ-based Keypoint, which also has offices in the UK, Hong Kong and Japan, comprises two brands: InfoTrends and Buyers Lab. InfoTrends provides market research and strategic consulting for the digital imaging and document solutions industry; while Buyers Lab offers information, test data and competitive selling solutions for the document image sector. The firm's core platform, bliQ, built around proprietary analytical testing capabilities, provides a range of detailed specifications, overviews and in-depth reports for tens of thousands of products.
