In Australia, Omnicom's communications planning and media buying network PHD has hired former OzTAM exec Lillian Zrim for the newly created role of Head of Research.
PHD also offers a number of specialist services including consumer insight and research; data analysis and modelling; and econometrics, forecasting and ROI analysis. Zrim (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' media industry experience, most recently at Australian television audience measurement body OzTAM, where she served as Research and Marketing Manager. Prior to this she worked for the Bohemia Group as Strategy Manager, having earlier spent eight years at Nielsen - initially as Research Manager, Asia Pacific for Nielsen Online, and latterly as AD, Custom Media Research Lead for Nielsen's SEANAP region.
In her new role, Zrim will lead the growth of PHD's Research division, while evaluating campaign creative and media effectiveness for clients. She will report into Lucy Formosa Morgan, MD of PHD Australia, who comments: 'We are thrilled to have Lillian join the team. I have no doubt that her wealth of experience, impressive track record of producing innovative work, and her passion for research will deliver valuable insights for our clients and planning teams'.
