Vision Critical Launches Patient Experience Package

Toronto, Canada-based customer insight solution provider Vision Critical has added a patient experience (PX) package to its flagship Sparq digital insights platform.

Sparq allows clients to conduct all their online research through one platform, from visual surveys to custom panels and private communities. Features include Relationship Memory, which connects existing customer data with intelligence collected from insight communities; and a storytelling module, enabling users to organize and share customer insights, accumulated over time, across their organization.

The new PX package has been developed to help healthcare organizations engage their patient community, and uncover opportunities for improvements to their experiences in real time. It also includes pulse checks on a patient's visit to their healthcare facilities, and a healthcare dashboard displays results of each activity, such as an average patient satisfaction score. The current score is presented alongside ratings over time to allow trend spotting and tracking.
