Recently merged Voice of the Customer (VoC) platform Astute and social media monitoring and marketing specialist Socialbakers have announced their new brand name, Emplifi.
The merger took place last year when Astute acquired Socialbakers, which at the time, had more than 2,500 clients across 100 countries, and tracked ten million social media profiles across all major social media platforms. With the new Emplifi brand name, the business will enter the customer experience (CX) market, with the aim of providing organizations with the tools they need to connect social media marketing, customer care, and social media commerce.
