Insight-driven digital experience consultancy Bounteous has acquired Lister Digital, a full-service digital transformation consultancy with offices in Chennai, India and San Mateo, California.
Bounteous was founded in 2003 in Chicago, and assists clients via 'co-innovation' with strategy, experience design, technology, analytics and insight, and marketing. Lister is three years older, and offers technology consulting and services to help major companies optimise their customer and employee experience.
The acquisition adds 350 experts to the Bounteous team, and allows it to deliver on global demand for its co-innovation offering, enhance its CRM capabilities and execute strategic engagements in more global locations.
Bounteous has grown six-fold over the last five years, and last month announced a partnership with investment firm New Mountain Capital.
