In the US, media monitoring and intelligence service Fullintel has appointed Angela Dwyer as Head of Insights, tasked with continuing to develop its suite of media analysis, measurement and research services.
Fullintel's analysts curate print, online, social media, broadcast and influencer opinions, which are compiled by technology and then supplemented and verified by humans. The firm's proprietary PredictiveAI solution uses machine learning to understand the context behind each mention, and predicts which media coverage and social media posts will trend or go viral.
Dwyer (pictured) joins from PR agency Lippe Taylor, where as SVP she managed media measurement programs to guide strategy and demonstrate value for brands. Earlier she served as the agency's VP Measurement Sciences, and developed its Hypatia Gravity Score metric, which measures the impact of brands in earned media through predictive positive recall. Prior to this she worked at PRIME Research (now Cision).
