Digital media and analytics consultancy Adswerve has acquired Metric Partners Consulting, which offers Adobe platform implementation, integration and managed services, and says the buy will enhance its analytics, data activation and personalization services.
Headquartered in Denver, Google Marketing and Adobe Solution Partner Adswerve employs more than 200 media and analytics professionals, helping clients connect with customers through data-driven strategies. Metric Partners was founded in 2017 by Mark Stringham and Brett Lamoreaux and provides a range of digital transformation services to enterprise clients. Adswerve says the deal will also augment its global capabilities in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target and Adobe's new Customer Journey Analytics, in addition to Google Analytics and GA4.
