In the US, research firm Smarty Pants has announced another appointment, with Kieran Duffy joining as 'Research Prodigy', an associate level role. He will support the firm's key tech and retail clients on qual, quant and mixed-method work.
Duffy (pictured) is based in Plainfield, NJ and brings eight years of experience in sales and customer success roles across financial services, real estate, hospitality and tech, most recently from recruiting and retention tech platform LANDED where he was a Client Strategist. Previously he worked as a sales leader at real estate tech company RentRedi - a role which included the creation of data dashboards. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Rider University, where he received the Department of Economics award.
Senior Manager Lluvia Carrillo says of the new arrival: 'Kieran is a fantastic addition to our growing team. His work ethic, growth mindset and collaborative spirit bring tremendous value to Smarty Pants and our clients. We are thrilled to incorporate his insights and positive energy into our organization'.
Duffy is one of six recent hires for the firm, including Terry Cudmore, Hannah Hutchinson and Parsa Taheri.
