London-based consultancy Thinks Insight & Strategy has promoted Talia Coroniti to Director and Shyma Zitoun to Research Lead.
The firm also announced that its Managing Partner Carol McNaughton Nichols has been appointed to the board for the Campaign for Social Science, an advocacy group within the Academy of Social Sciences.
The Thinks name was created when BritainThinks and its subsidiary WorldThinks combined under a single brand Last February, bringing together expertise in political, corporate, nfp and reputation research.
Qual and quant researcher Coroniti (pictured) works with government and third sector clients on sensitive issues and with hard-to-reach audiences - including campaign testing and development, user-testing research and research to inform public policy and decision-making. As a Director, she will aim to further the cause of inclusion, including its incorporation throughout research design.
Zitoun's work at Thinks has centred around communications testing, topical public policy research, and long-term deliberative public engagement - the latter increasingly focused on issues of sustainability and technological innovation.
McNaughton Nichols will join a group championing the role of social science in society and the economy. She comments: 'I have been really privileged throughout my career to see first-hand how social science can help us understand and address the complex and interconnected challenges that we face, supporting effective business decision-making, policy, communications, and simply to better understand and respect each other as human beings'.
CEO Ben Shimshon says of the appointments: 'We're proud of our commitment to supporting colleagues across the business as they further their careers and goals. We support one another to deliver fantastic work that truly makes a difference to our clients - whatever their business challenge or objectives'.
