US-based strategic consultancy and researcher KS&R has appointed former MMR researcher Tricia Houston as Vice President of Discovery & Design.
Syracuse, NY-based KS&R (Knowledge Systems & Research) works in a broad range of sectors including technology, business services, 'entercom' and recreation, healthcare, retail and eCommerce, and transportation and logistics.
Houston brings expertise in mixed-method research and cross-functional collaboration, most recently from The ExperienceBuilt Group (EBG), which she founded six years ago. As COO, she led initiatives to reimagine processes, enhance services, and work directly with frontline employees on training and development. Earlier she spent seven years at Roswell, Georgia-based MMR Associates as a Senior PM, Director of Client Services and latterly VP Client Relationships. In addition to spells on the Boards of the Insights Association and the Experiential Marketing Measurement Coalition, she has served for the last four and a half years as Advisory Board Chair for the University of Georgia's Master of Marketing Research Program.
In her new role she will initially focus on expanding KS&R's discovery and design services, on promoting the firm's capabilities across various industry verticals and on broadening its scope of services.
Company Chairman Jay Scott comments: 'Tricia's extensive experience will be a tremendous asset as we continue to evolve and meet the complex needs of modern businesses. Her ability to transform processes and elevate services aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver unparalleled value and insights for our clients. Based out of Atlanta, Tricia is well-positioned to bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to our organization'.
