London and New York-based insight consultancy Bryter has appointed Lizzie Hart as Senior Insight Consultant, and promoted eight people across its two offices.
The firm was established in 2010 and has particular expertise in B2B markets and in the gaming, technology and healthcare sectors. Hart joins in London as Senior Insight Consultant in the Healthcare team, and is a qualitative specialist with more than twelve years' industry experience spanning pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare and social research. She spent four years at ZZA, a research and consultancy firm focusing on social aspects of the built environment, before brief spells at Hall & Partners and Millward Brown, before embarking on nine years as a freelance researcher and moderator beginning in 2015.
Director Laurence Olding says of the new arrival: 'Lizzie joins our health team at a time of great activity: her long-standing qualitative experience from agency and client side is a great addition to the team and will further strengthen the strategic delivery to our clients'.
Also in London, Emma Pulman and Edward O'Ferrall, both of whom entered the industry via Bryter's graduate program in 2020, have been promoted to Insight Consultants. There are four promotions in the London Consumer team: Huw Williams becomes a Senior Analyst,Rob Jones and Ellie Byrne Senior Insight Consultants, and Robert Downer Associate Insight Director.
In New York, Fern Coleman is promoted to Senior Insight Consultant, and Sarah-Jane Cashmore becomes Publications Research Manager. Insight Director Anzie Huynh says the promotions 'celebrate the hard work and commitment across the business to helping our clients maximise the impact of primary research insights on their decision making'.
