Director Hires for Creative Optimizer Vidmob

Vidmob, whose software helps clients to optimise their creative and apply best practice across media, has appointed Zakiyaa Amatullah-Wali as Director of Customer Success, and Xuan Pham as Director, Revenue Operations, both based in New York.

Zakiyaa Amatullah-Wali and Xuan PhamVidMob's 'Intelligent Creative' platform integrates analytics with the production of creative, to help brands produce, measure and optimize the performance of their creative ad assets across all major digital advertising platforms. In 2022 it raised $110M in a Series D round of funding, and last month it announced a partnership with Realeyes, to integrate the latter's attention metrics into its platform and score attention performance for every ad from any account linked to it.

Amatullah-Wali (pictured above) brings more than fifteen years of experience in marketing tech, leading and managing customer success and account management teams across the US and globally. Most recently she served as VP Account Management at audience measurement firm VideoAmp; earlier roles included work at AOL, Tribal Fusion, Rocket Fuel / Sizmek and Amobee. In her new role she is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with both internal and external customers and will report to Matt Young.

Pham (pictured below) has spent the last three years in Sales Strategy and Operations at DoorDash, and earlier worked at pizza market tech company Slice. Before this she worked as Head of Sales Operations at computing platform VidScale, and at electronics firm Ericsson when it acquired VidScale.
