In the US, research and consulting firm The DRG has promoted Shelley Ahrens to Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer.
The DRG is a full service MR firm helping businesses stay customer-centric, build profitable brands, refine their products and services, and optimize their marketing strategy. Clients include companies in healthcare and insurance, banking and financial services, and marketing and business consultants.
Ahrens (pictured) has spent 24 years at the company, eight in senior leadership roles. In her new position she will continue as an integral part of the executive team but will have company-wide oversight, playing a larger role in the overall direction and policies of the company.
