Research agency 2CV has promoted Ruth Noble to Head of Commercial & Culture, and Rachel Cope to Global Head of Growth, as part of a business restructure which the firm says will improve client centricity.
2CV is headquartered in London with offices in LA, San Francisco and Singapore, and is part of marketing strategy, insights and comms specialist Digital Technology Advisory Group (DTAG), itself owned by private equity firm Vespa Capital.
Noble (pictured top), previously Head of Quantitative Research Services, will now take responsibility for overseeing commercial strategy and corporate culture. Cope (pictured below) is promoted from Client Services Director and will now drive the company's growth strategy. In addition, 2CV has restructured its research teams in line with field of expertise, to improve client experience, while each of its Directors now focuses on a core business area.
UK Chief Executive Sabine Cronick says of the changes: 'Ruth's unique skillset blends commercial acumen with striving for an ever improved company culture; two aspects which go hand in hand and which are critical to the success of 2CV moving forwards. Rachel has always been client focused and her new role will enable her to widen her reach in ensuring that we are constantly putting our client's needs first and spotting opportunities. Alongside our wider restructure, I have every belief that we are giving ourselves the best opportunity to make our mark'.
