Basden-Smith Rejoins Simpson Carpenter as Team Lead

UK agency Simpson Carpenter has reappointed Emma Basden-Smith and promoted Jo Wicks to Associate Director, both within its Pharma Insight team.

Emma Basden-SmithFounded by Tom Simpson and Derek Carpenter in 1998, the company works in sectors including retail and technology, media, telecoms and automotive.

Basden-Smith joins from The Planning Shop where over six and a half years she rose from Senior Research Director via a VP role to serve as Global Research Lead. Before that she worked at Simpson Carpenter for seven years as RD in the Healthcare division, which she helped to establish alongside Anna Sawka and Kate Parsons. Earlier in her research career she worked at Opinion Leader and Aequus Research.
