BVA BDRC Appoints Head of Qual

BVA BDRC has appointed former Nielsen and Kantar exec Shivani Upreti as Head of Qualitative, with a remit to grow the firm's qual offering.

Upreti spent five and a half years at Kantar, as Associate VP and then VP; worked briefly as a Senior Manager at YouGov MENA, and worked for six years across two spells at Nielsen, latterly as insights and Business Development Manager from 2012 to 2016.

CEO Matt Costin says qual has always been a core strength at BVA BDRC, but continues: 'Shivani's appointment underscores our commitment to innovation and staying at the forefront of research, enabling us to provide clients with even deeper insights into people's thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so that they too can evolve and be better.
