Hires and Promotions for Rival and Reach3

Mobile-first conversational research specialists Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights have announced a 15% growth in headcount so far in 2024, with a total of 23 new hires. The sister firms have also made seventeen promotions.

Paula CatoiraFounded in 2018, the sister firms have locations in Canada and the US. ResTech firm Rival offers a platform which converts surveys to 'emulate the text messages people use every day', and launched rapid experimentation division Rival Labs in July. Reach3 gathers insight through tools based on mobile messaging, using immersive, in-the-moment research designs and dynamic digital storytelling.

The firm says 65% of its leadership roles are now held by women.

Reach3 has promoted Jenna Shuster to SVP after more than five years at the company, focused on account development and project success. Financial services team lead William Buxton is raised to Senior Research Director, as are Katie Lahman and Christine Nguyen; Terrence Wong has been promoted to Senior Director, leading technical operations and solutions.

At Rival Technologies, Phoebe To has been promoted to VP of Engineering, overseeing technology development and implementation, while Ritika Aggarwal is promoted to Senior Product Manager and Eric Hong to Senior Software Engineer. Aarathi Ramnath joins the company as Director of Product Marketing; Bobby Calise as Senior Account Executive in sales and client relationship management; and Bill Cinco as Senior Software Engineer.
