New Chief Executive for Australia-Based TKW

In Australia, MR data collection, polling and healthcare agency TKW Research Group has appointed Paul Jamrozik - formerly MD of Tasmanian polling firm EMRS - as the new CEO of its Research division.

Paul JamrozikEstablished for more than 25 years and independently owned, TKW has a significant presence in the Asia Pacific region and also works in the major English-speaking markets worldwide. The firm boasts more than 500 CATI seats spread across Melbourne and Sydney, Auckland NZ, and Suva in Fiji - allowing it to conduct large-scale telephone surveys and gather data from diverse populations across different time zones. This includes 'phone polling in the US, Canada and the UK. Services also include face-to-face intercepts, audits and observations, qual and quant healthcare professional research, B2B and B2C list recruitment, and mystery shopping. Over the years the company has acquired and integrated a number of Australia's data collection providers including Surveytalk, J&S Research, Field Works, and mystery shopping firm Retail Reality.

Jamrozik brings more than fifteen years' experience in the research industry, all from EMRS and the last three in the MD role where he oversaw large-scale social and market research programs including federal and state election polling. In his new role, starting on 14th October, he will help to shape the firm's strategic direction, overseeing the development of new methodologies and expanding international capabilities.
