Tapestry Promotes Three for Director Roles

October 3 2024

London-based MR firm Tapestry has announced three promotions of senior managers to Director level. Silvia Siladi, Elle Kindler and Lily Spencer will be responsible for overseeing three of the company's four divisions, specialising respectively in streaming and gaming; health and wellness; and data analytics.

Silvia Siladi, Elle Kindler and Lily SpencerSiladi (pictured top) and Spencer (pictured middle) both came through Tapestry's graduate scheme, having joined the company in 2016 and 2017; while Kindler (pictured below) joined in the RM role in 2020 after around three years at Hall & Partners and one at Strive Insight.

Ian Wright, the company's Joint MD said of the news: 'As an agency we believe in spotting talent early and helping to nurture it. I'm absolutely thrilled to see Silvia, Lily and Elle take this next step in their careers. They each play an invaluable role in the running of the company and I welcome their closer involvement in shaping the future direction of Tapestry'.

Tapestry has been part of Century City, CA-based media and entertainment researcher Screen Engine/ASI since 2021, and itself works mostly on global projects in these sectors plus tech and advertising. Its expertise includes multi-platform campaign evaluation, decision journey analysis, segmentation, market sizing and audience research. In June it launched an AI-enabled survey tool called Daisy, which it says 'combines the speed of an online survey with the in-depth perspective of qualitative research'.
