OMG, the media services division of global marcoms group Omnicom, has appointed Dylan Mouratsing as UK Managing Director for its Annalect data and analytics division. He was previously Global Chief Data Officer and Partner at WPP agency T&Pm.
Annalect provides data and analysis to support media and creative executions, and feeding the group's open operating system and 'mass personalization' platform Omni, which allows clients to use data across workflows, insights, planning, activation, reporting, attribution and optimization.
Mouratsing takes over from Marie Clayton, who has been promoted to the role of MD for Annalect EMEA. Prior to T&Pm, Mouratsing worked for five years at another Omnicom subsidiary, Manning Gottlieb, latterly as Evidence Business Director; and before that he was Global Insight Manager at WPP's digital OOH ad network Kinetic Worldwide. Earlier in his career he was a Research Executive at Clear Channel UK, and worked as a Data Information Officer within the NHS.
In his new role, he will head up design and delivery of data and tech strategy and solutions for Omnicom clients in the UK, and help develop Omni. He reports to Henry Rowe, Chief Digital Officer at OMG UK, who comments: 'Dylan will play a critical role at OMG UK, ensuring data and tech continue to sit at the centre of our Agency as a Platform proposition, and influencing the data-driven culture across OMG UK'.
