Good Human Partners Hires Head of Ops

October 11 2024

Good Human Partners (GHP), the consulting and field services company launched last year by former Dynata and SSI exec AJ Keirans, has appointed a Head of Operations. Ginger De Stefano joins from Paradigm Sample and earlier spent eleven years at RTi Research.

Ginger De StefanoKierans, who worked with De Stefano at Paradigm Sample, started Shelton, CT-based GHP in August last year. The firm offers access to panels for clients' B2B, consumer and healthcare needs, aiming to find 'perfect participants' using a recruiting network of industry experts to ensure a diverse and targeted set of respondents. It also offers other services including complex survey programming and analysis.

De Stefano (pictured) brings a deep understanding of operational strategy from around three decades in the industry, including fourteen years as a Director at GfK, prior to joining RTi in 2010. In addition, she has volunteered with the Insights Association and its predecessor Market Research Association (MRA) for 25 years, including serving as Chapter President and contributing to mentoring and training. In her new role she will play a key role in driving operational excellence at GHP, and supporting the company's delivery of custom solutions.

'We are beyond excited to welcome Ginger to the team', says Keirans. 'Her experience, passion and leadership are something truly special. I have had the pleasure to work alongside her in various roles and capacities for many years and continue to be impressed. She has a standard built on quality, respect and hard work that aligns with the values and mission of Good Human Partners. Today is a great day for our organization'.
