New Firm Crack d'CODE Hires Chief Client Officer

Newly-formed agency Crack d'CODE Consumer Insights has appointed Rishi Chouhan as Chief Client Officer.

Rishi ChouhanThe company was launched last month by former Hansa and Market Xcel researcher Pooja Agroyee, and aims to help clients decode consumer decision making and experiences. Services include qual and quant research, digital communities, UX research, data analytics and outsourcing solutions.

Chouhan (pictured) brings more than eighteen years of experience in client servicing, managing end-to-end research across APAC, Africa, South America, the Middle East, the USA and Europe. He worked initially at IMRB International for four years before joining Ipsos. Since October 2013 he has worked in the International Business Division of Hansa Research Group, most recently as Associate Vice President, overseeing major projects. His broad sector experience includes automotive, entertainment, travel & tourism, banking, and consumer durables.

In his new role, Chouhan will draw on his knowledge of advanced research techniques and understanding of diverse market dynamics to drive key research initiatives.
