In the US, end-to-end research platform Suzy has appointed Grady Leno as its new Chief Product and Technology Officer. He joins from gifting platform Sendoso where he held the same title.
Suzy was founded in 2018 by former Crowdtap CEO Matt Britton and has since raised more than $100m in venture capital funding. Its platform integrates consumer audiences with a range of qual and quant research and analysis tools, allowing researchers to conduct iterative, efficient work in fields including innovation research and shopper tracking; and promising 'agency-quality rigor at a fraction of the cost of traditional MR'. last month its Chief Customer Officer Katie Gross was promoted to the role of company President.
Grady (pictured) brings more than 25 years of experience, most recently from Sendoso where he led initiatives in product management, engineering and scaling platforms to meet business and consumer needs. Before this he held key technical positions at goPuff, WorkMarket and Microsoft, working on consumer experience, product management, engineering, and M&A. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
In his new role he will oversee Suzy's product strategy, software engineering and innovation efforts, playing a key role in executing the firm's long-term vision.
