In the US, consumer researcher Smarty Pants has recently promoted three team members, Maty Nelson, Jehtro Israel and Czarmyne Jo.
Nelson joined the firm in 2021 and now becomes an 'Insights Know-It-All', a manager-level role. Her experience includes quant, qual and hybrid research from work with toy, food, retail, tech and sports clients.
Israel also joined in 2021, and is noted for his attention to detail and his 'knack for elevating team performance'. His senior analyst level position bears the title of Insights Brainiac. Jo's new analyst level role of Insights Whiz is 'a testament to her project support expertise, analytical insight, and visual creativity' since joining in 2022, according to the firm.
