Gosling Joins Public Services Specialist M.E.L

Birmingham, UK-based M.E.L Research has appointed former Hall & Partners Strategy Director Ruth Gosling as Associate Director.

Ruth GoslingM.E.L helps clients to deliver better public services in a range of areas from health and wellbeing, housing and transport to waste, arts & culture, and community resilience.

Gosling brings more than twenty years' experience in market and social research, for a diverse portfolio of clients across the public and private sectors; as well as experience developing and upskilling members of the wider team. Most recently she worked as Insight and Analytics Manager at Mobas Group, overseeing the delivery of research to inform brand and business strategies; and before this she was Strategy Director at Hall & Partners. She has also worked as an Associate Director at Cambridge Market Research and a Research Manager at Ipsos MORI's Social Research Institute.

In her new role she will work with quant and qual techniques on complex insight programmes in sectors including financial services, money and debt; education, at all levels, with projects for the Department for Education and the Royal Society of Chemistry; and health & wellbeing, for clients including NHS organisations and pharmaceutical companies.
