Eye tracking hardware and attention computing firm Tobii has announced changes to its Board of Directors, to be voted on at a forthcoming EGM. Sarah Eccleston and Jörgen Lantto are resigning from their positions and Henrik Eskilsson, the firm's co-founder and former CEO, is set to rejoin.

The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on 10th January and will be asked to elect Henrik Eskilsson as a new member of the Board, which will nevertheless be reduced from six to five members. Eskilsson (pictured) led Tobii as CEO from 2001 to 2021, and has since served on the Board and worked as Head of Corporate Development, but left both roles earlier this year.
The firm's Nomination Committee extended its sincere thanks to Eccleston and Lantto for their commitment and valuable contributions to the work of the Board. If the Committee's proposal for the new member is accepted by the meeting, the Board until the end of the company's next AGM will consist of Eskilsson, Per Norman (Chairman), John Elvesjö, Charlotta Falvin and Carl Mellander.
Tobii announced earlier this week that CFO Magdalena Rodell Andersson will leave for an external opportunity in the middle of next year, and a replacement is being sought.
