Former B2B International Researcher Joins Werk Insight

US B2B research company Werk Insight has appointed Mark Tuinstra as Research Director, based in NYC.

The full service firm was founded by former B2B International VP North America Nik Werk in 2021, and its services include brand trackers, customer experience programs, customer journey mapping, market assessments and segmentations. Staff are based remotely across the US and headquarters are in Nashville, Tennessee.

Tuinstra (pictured) has worked in B2C and B2B research for global agencies including eight years at TNS from 1998, and as a Group RM at Radius Global, and client side at Canadian newspaper The Globe and Mail. Most recently he spent eight years at B2B International as a Senior Account Director. He holds a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Illinois Chicago. He starts his new role with the New Year.
