Adams Rejoins C Space in Communities SVP Role

In the US, communities pioneer C Space has announced that Jennifer Adams is returning to the company after ten years, in the role of SVP, Head of Insight Communities Excellence.

Originally known as Communispace, C Space is now part of Escalent, alongside full service brand and comms research specialist Hall & Partners - both firms were acquired in 2023. The group is headquartered in Livonia, MI and boasts 1,800 employees in locations across the US and in Australia, Canada, China, India, Ireland, the Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, the UAE and the UK.

Adams (pictured) earned a master's degree in educational technology and a bachelor's degree in English literature and language from Harvard University, then joined Communispace in 2004 and stayed for a decade. After building its online communities practice in Boston, she moved to the UK to lead the London office and then returned to lead in NYC. She left in 2014 to create the Digital Hives and Online Communities practice at Big Village's (formerly Engine/ORC International). Her experience in the digital research space covers the full range of activities from engagement design, recruitment, member health and incentivization to creative learning agenda design, live focus group-, IDI- and asynchronous-qualitative facilitation, analysis and strategy.
