Former PSB Ops Man Joins Research Results

In the US, MR ops firm Research Results has appointed former PSB researcher Doran Fleming Kaye as Senior Director of Sample Strategy and Operations, based in the Denver area.

The firm offers a comprehensive range of operations services, including online sample procurement and cleaning, panel building and management, survey programming, dashboarding, data entry and data tabulation.

Fleming Kaye (pictured) brings more than fourteen years of experience from WPP-owned research and analytics consultancy PSB Insights, where he most recently served as Senior Director of Quantitative, overseeing bid and field management teams, handling up to 70 quantitative bids and more than 85 projects per month. As part of this role, he managed PSB's transition from internal operations to an outsourced full-service model, working closely with partner company Research Results in the process.

In his new role, he will oversee sample acquisition, supplier relationships, sample quality assurance, and data collection. Chief Field Operations Officer Jeremy Engelin says of the hire: 'We're thrilled to have Doran join us.
