Miami-based Analytic Partners has acquired marketing analytics company Analyx, which has offices in Poland and Germany.
Analytic Partners provides marketing measurement and commercial analytics to major corporates - its offer includes a decisioning platform called GPS-Enterprise. Last year the company acquired British marketing analytics company Magic Numbers, and later partnered with Visa to help merchants and brands with commercial challenges including advertising ROI improvement. Analyx' team combines analytics experts and sector specialist consultants, and helps clients optimize their marketing budgets at scale - many of its clients are in Germany and Switzerland, and Analytics Partners says the buy will extend its presence in Europe as well as adding 'significant' analytics and software development talent.
'The values and mission of the Analyx team, under the leadership of Claudio Righetti & Sascha Stürze, align perfectly with ours' states Nancy Smith (pictured), President and CEO of Analytic Partners. 'Acquiring Analyx enhances our Commercial Analytics solution, extending it to more global enterprises and creating meaningful synergies that will benefit our European and global customers'. CPO Stürze says the combination allows Analyx to 'further its mission to create value through advanced data science and self-service software for enterprise brands - at a truly global scale'. Righetti, CEO of Analyx adds: 'By joining Analytic Partners we can offer our customers a true global presence and expand the range of services offered'.
