Following its acquisition of Netquest in December, Paris-based research tech and panels company Bilendi & respondi has launched a proprietary panel in the USA.
With a team of over 400 people, Bilendi & respondi has offices in France, the UK, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Morocco, serving 1,700 customers. In December, the firm agreed to acquire Iberia and Latin America specialist Netquest from its current owner NIQ - the deal is expected to conclude in February, at which point the combined firm will have more than 4,000,000 panelists in 17 European and 19 Latin American countries, with twenty more European countries to be added shortly. Bilendi's offer includes AI solution BARI and SaaS MR platform Bilendi Discuss, and it also bought French UX tester recruitment specialist TandemZ three months ago.
The firm says the new US panel comes in response to growing client demand for high-quality panels and gives it 'a diverse and trustworthy pool of survey participants' across the US, supported by the rigorous quality standards at the heart of its European success. The firm has also announced that it successfully renewed ISO 20252:2019 certification for its quality management system in November.
