The company employs more than 400 people in offices in Europe's big 5 economies, Benelux and the Nordics, as well as Morocco. In December it agreed to acquire Iberia and Latin America specialist Netquest from current owner NIQ - the deal is expected to conclude in February. The combined firm will boast more than 4,000,000 panelists in 17 European and 19 Latin American countries, with twenty more European countries to be added shortly and the US added last week. It also bought French UX tester recruitment specialist TandemZ, three months ago.
Three years in development, the new GDPR-compliant Platform gives access to Bilendi Discuss, a solution which helps researchers conduct qual studies through social messaging apps or a dedicated web portal and is powered by the firm's BARI (Bilendi Artificial Research Intelligence, automating key tasks such as scripting discussion guides, moderating conversations and delivering summaries.
The new interface is designed for use by clients with different levels of expertise, from seasoned market researchers to novices, according to the firm. Features include sample feasibility analysis, project launch, real-time pricing for projects including full service, nationally representative statistics from the Eurostat demographic database, and access to a library of white papers, case studies and industry resources. Users can work independently or with support from Bilendi experts through a 'do it together' approach.
CEO and founder Marc Bidou (pictured) states: 'The launch of Bilendi Platform marks a major milestone in our mission: to provide solutions tailored to every need and enable our clients to achieve their goals quickly and efficiently. This platform embodies our commitment to innovation and reflects our determination to be a trusted partner for our clients, whether they prefer full-service support or complete autonomy'.
