London-based research and customer experience agency Watermelon has appointed former Toluna exec Paul Twite as Chief Revenue Officer.
Watermelon specialises in technology-driven CX solutions, customer feedback programs and evidence-based consultancy. The firm is part of Chime, with sister companies including communications agency VCCP, and itself launched spun out a technology-focused operations agency called Calico, billed as a 'one-stop shop' for the operational needs of other insight firms.
Twite (pictured) worked at Toluna for thirteen years, half of them as MD for EMEA and Latin America for the group's Toluna and Harris Interactive brands, and earlier in Sales Director and MD roles. He joined the panels and tech-based research firm in 2010 from publisher Haymarket.
CEO Mark Squires says Watermelon will launch its proprietary Canvas CX software globally this year, as part of an ambitious programme of growth. He comments: 'Paul has held pivotal roles in growing technology-driven insight businesses and is the ideal person to help us achieve our goals'.
