PSB Insights Promotes Frank to CEO Role

In Washington, D.C., WPP-owned research and strategic consulting firm PSB Insights has promoted Christopher Frank to serve as its new CEO, succeeding Dave Gordon.

Christopher FrankOriginally Penn, Schoen and Berland Associates and now known as PSB Insights, the firm was acquired by WPP in 2001 and provides research-based consultancy to help corporate, entertainment and political clients optimise their communications strategies. Headcount is now just over 100.

Frank brings to the role more than 25 years of research and leadership experience, and is promoted from Chief Client Officer just nine months after joining the firm. He began his career at Accenture, then moved to consulting firm Guideline in 1992 as a Practice Leader. From 1998 he spent a decade as Senior Director, Corporate Market Research at Microsoft, then fifteen years as a VP at American Express. He has been published in the Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes, Inc., TEDx and Fortune; is the author of Drinking from the Fire Hose and Decisions over Decimals; and since 2015 has served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University.
